Ken has managed numerous projects over his very diverse 35-year career.
In the corporate arena, Ken has managed budget preparations, systems implementations and enhancements, policy and procedure creation, large-scale nationwide physical inventories, and a roll-out of a national warehouse distribution network. Ken's largest project involved directing the equipment pre-build project for Winstar Communications valued at over $45M. This involved budgeting, sourcing and procurement, fulfillment, scheduling, asset tracking, and shipping and spanned over a period of a year. He has directly managed staffs up to 50.
In the technical arena, Ken has managed commercial low-voltage installations, network design and implementations, intrusion/access system design and installation, and surveillance system design and installations. He is very proficient with the latest technology and IP topology. Ken recommends Untangle devices and UTM products.
As a licensed home improvement contractor, Ken has managed construction projects from simple decks to new home construction. He has also management building wide apartment unit renovations.
